Overtime

Leave Policy
Annual Leave:
- 14 paid annual leaves after 12 months of service.
- Unused leave compensated at year-end.
Emergency Leave:
- 10 paid emergency leaves per year.
- Maximum 2 per month.
- Excess treated as unpaid leave.
Sick Leave:
- 16 half-paid sick leaves annually.
- Medical certificate required.
