  • Payroll processed by the 5th working day of each month.

Overtime

  • Limited to 2 hours per day and 12 hours per week.
  • Paid at double the regular wage rate.

Leave Policy

Annual Leave:

  • 14 paid annual leaves after 12 months of service.
  • Unused leave compensated at year-end.

Emergency Leave:

  • 10 paid emergency leaves per year.
  • Maximum 2 per month.
  • Excess treated as unpaid leave.

Sick Leave:

  • 16 half-paid sick leaves annually.
  • Medical certificate required.
